The world of boxing was in for a nostalgic treat when an old picture of Sylvester Stallone and Manny Pacquiao resurfaced on Facebook. The picture was taken in 2016 when Stallone met Pacquiao before his fight against Jessie Vargas. The photo quickly went viral, and fans couldn’t help but reminisce about the good old days of boxing. Manny Pacquiao holds the record of 62-8-2 and has 39 KOs under his belt.

Sylvester Stallone is famous for his legendary character, Rocky Balboa. His love for the sport is crystal clear in his creation of the Rocky franchise, for which he has given his all.
At the same time, Pacquiao is considered to be one of the greatest boxers of all time. So it was a given that when this photo resurfaced, fans were left awestruck. In the picture, Sylvester was posing for the camera, while Manny looked like he was playfully punching Stallone. The picture showed the closeness and friendship they share.

Fans were left awestruck at the old photo of both of these legends together. They showered both with a lot of love and support. People gave various compliments to the legendary boxer.
One fan, Oscar Contreras, was full of praises for PacMan. He stated that it was because of Pacquiao’s kind nature and humble personality that famous people like Stallone takes pictures with him. He wrote, “Manny Pacquiao is a good person. Pacquiao is very humble. That’s why the big ones take pictures.”
Another Fan, Roelky Perez Ortega, simply wrote, “BIG BIG LEGEND”. There were many fans who called them, legends. Both Macodl Molina and Norge Ortega wrote, “Two legends”.
Stoline Heart claimed that there is no Filipino that can reach the level of Manny Pacquiao when it comes to greatness. He wrote, “No Filipino can match the greatness of Manny Pacquiao”. He then called him the “Bruce Lee of the Philippines” in another comment.

Pacquiao has been a very big fan of the legendary martial artist and actor. He previously even imitated Bruce Lee during a media workout in 2012.
However, there were some people who also showed hate toward Sylvester Stallone. One fan David Navarro wrote that Stallone met Manny just so that he can get some clout and internet exposure with the help of other people. He wrote, “Stallone uses everything and everybody to get time on Facebook.”

Overall, it was very heartwarming to see the two legends meet together and pose for photos. Fans certainly went down memory lane and felt nostalgic about the situation. They definitely showed their love towards Manny Pacquiao and Sylvester Stallone.
