Ever since the announcement of Dillon Danis vs. Logan Paul, things have been tumultuous between the fighters. From derogatory tweets about Logan’s fiancée to a cake shaped like Dillon’s face thrown at Dillon, chaos has been the reigning queen. The two fighters have dissed one another every chance they get. Without the people around both fighters, they wouldn’t have waited for October 14 to throw punches and jabs at each other. But in a surprising turn of events, an X (former Twitter) post from Logan introduced humor into the conversation.

The two fighters threw verbal punches at each other during a sit-down before the upcoming bout. It’s also where Logan promised Dillon an MMA rematch if he showed up for the fight. But three weeks later, Logan tweeted a clip from the sit-down that even Danis could not resist but laugh at.

Dillon Danis can’t be trolled

On Sunday, September 10, Logan shared a deep fake clip from his sit-down with Dillon. In the deep fake video, Dillon is apologizing to Logan for tweeting pictures of Nina Agdal (Logan’s fiancée). But that’s not the end of it! In the fake clip, Dillon also explained how he got his back belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He said, “My mom slept with my coach, and that’s how I got my black belt.” Surprisingly, Dillon remained unruffled by Logan’s attempt to troll him. He even retweeted the clip with the caption, “I can’t even lie, this is hilarious fair play.”

What’s more, Logan also used the fake clip to promote his sports drink Prime. In the clip, Dillon said, “When Conner came over. I admit, I let him hit, and we saw what happened. I sat watching, crying, and drinking Prime.” If not anything else, the entire situation proved that Dillon is the ultimate Boss Troll. It would be interesting to see if Dillon can replicate this in the result of the bout. With that said, how has the Dillon situation affected Logan’s other endeavors?

Logan Paul’s future in WWE after the Dillon debacle

After Dillon made a spectacle out of Logan’s name and Nina’s character, there is no doubt it would affect their public image. Nina even went as far as to file a lawsuit against Dillon for cyberbullying, but that did not stop anything. However, many people have raised questions about Logan’s future in WWE following this controversy.

Rather than harming his spot in WWE, the situation has solidified his future appearance in the popular show. According to a report from Ringside News, Logan is booked for future appearances in the show. And the Dillon arc might also feature in the storyline.

With all the animosity brewing between the two fighters, the comical clip helped defuse the situation. However, that might not be the case on October 14 as the world tunes in to witness them fight. Did you think the clip was real? Did it make you laugh?
