While Davis initially announced the fight’s cancellation, it now seems to be back on track as Davis resumes training. In the upcoming matchup, fans might see Davis forgo the $100,000 custom Chrome Hearts shoes and shorts he sported during his fight against Frank Martin—a move that brought significant attention to the brand within the boxing community.

However, this could change if Chrome Hearts doesn’t agree with Davis’ one condition. Earlier today, Davis took to his Instagram story to directly address the brand, writing, “@chromeheartsofficial I think it’s time for us to come to an agreement… Becuz my influence is crazy rn fam.” The message suggested that Davis might distance himself from the luxury label if they fail to formalize a partnership.

Known for his impeccable style, the WBA lightweight champion consistently makes bold fashion statements in the ring. In 2023, Davis rocked the iconic Nike SB Dunk High ‘Skunk’ sneakers, while in 2021, he paid tribute to the late Kobe Bryant during his fight against Isaac Cruz. That night, Davis donned Lakers-themed shorts featuring Kobe’s legendary #24 and #8, paired with Mamba-inspired ‘Grinch’ sneakers. Meanwhile, Davis is also making the rounds on social media for his new look.
