A mere 15 days remain in the much-talked-about fight between YouTube boxing sensation Jake Paul and legendary heavyweight champion Mike Tyson. In the meantime, ‘The Problem Child’ has issued yet another warning to ‘The Baddest Man on the Planet,’ promising to mess him up during their upcoming bout.

The duo is about to clash heads at the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, on November 15th, which will mark Netflix’s debut in boxing broadcast. Regardless, Paul’s promoter Most Valuable Promotions shared an inside camp video on YouTube yesterday, giving glimpses into what Paul and Amanda Serrano’s camps have been like in the lead-up to the fight. As the video showed different aspects of Paul’s training for the bout, the 27-year-old started reflecting on his opponent, stating, “Mike’s hard to read—he’s a man of few words.”

Despite that Paul remained adamant about when Tyson enters the ring next month, “It’s going to be the old Mike Tyson, the warrior Mike Tyson getting back to doing what he does best which is [annihilating] people.” Tyson last appeared in the ring against Roy Jones Jr. for an exhibition fight in 2020, which was declared a split decision draw.

Although Tyson’s last fight as a professional was all the way back in 2005 against Kevin McBride, which he lost via sixth-round stoppage. Anyway, Paul went on to thank Tyson for his contributions to the sport, claiming Tyson has been an inspiration for him. However, Paul quickly changed gears.

“But no matter what you do, you can’t beat me. It’s a passing of the torch and with the utmost respect, I’m going to f**k you up,” Paul said in the MVP Uncut segment. Despite this threatening message, Mike Tyson’s not one to back down from a challenge. He has a threatening message of his own for Paul.

Mike Tyson shares ominous name for the Jake Paul fight

On October 27th, the 58-year-old appeared in his ‘Behind The Mike’ segment with Muhammad Ali’s former manager Gene Kilroy. As Kilroy watched Tyson train in the gym, he seemed to have been moved by Tyson’s preparation for the bout. “This is the strongest I’ve ever seen you. And I’ve known you since you were 13,” Kilroy said.

“This impresses the s**t out of me. Nothing impresses me.” Tyson shared the clip of this conversation on Instagram while naming his upcoming bout with Paul “Jake’s wake in 20 days,” expressing his intentions for the fight. However, Paul didn’t seem intimidated, as he responded, writing, “Fair play Mike. You look incredible. Hulk s**t. But I’m still f**king you up in 20 days.”

Having said that, both Jake Paul and Mike Tyson seem pumped up for their upcoming bout. However, it’s yet to be seen whose threats will hold ground while the other tastes defeat. What did you think of Paul’s threat? Do you think Tyson can beat Paul?
