Former five-division world champ Floyd Mayweather, never misses an opportunity of enhancing his unbeaten 50-0 record. In his career that lasted for more than two decades, the 45-year-old garnered almost everything that is there in the ring to achieve. He believes he is the greatest fighter of all time and there has never been any champion who could match his skills.

While making these claims, ‘The Pretty Boy’ forgot about rising prospect Shakur Stevenson. The two-division world champ has many things in common with Mayweather. The duo crossed paths for the first time in 2016 when Mayweather visited Rio De Janeiro to cheer for the Newark native. When he saw Stevenson fighting, he said, “I see the next Floyd Mayweather. If anybody can break my records, this young kid right here can do it. I truly believe in him.”

Mayweather wanted to sign the kid but Stevenson did not agree with that. Following the controversial loss, he took the silver medal to his country and joined ‘Top Rank’ Promotions.

He started great and has cemented a 19-0 record as of now. Recently, the young star made a big claim, he said, “I want to break all Floyd Mayweather records!”.
