It didn’t take long for Paul to further express his love for Leerdam, as he commented on her picture. “Stunningggg liefje,” Paul wrote. ‘Liefje’ is a Dutch word, which translates to ‘sweet,’ ‘dear,’ or ‘darling’. When used as an adjective, the word could also mean ‘beloved,’ ‘dear,’ ‘kind,’ ‘agreeable,’ or ‘cute’.
