She and Gervonta Davis would later part ways in a messy breakup. The end of their relationship was marked by allegations of assault and other controversies. 

Smothers would go to court, and at that time, she was unemployed. She wanted custody of her daughter, along with a provision of child support from the boxing star. Gervonta Davis would agree to the calls for child support and showed no hesitation when he was asked to pay $10,000 to his former partner. ‘Tank’ would also get permission for occasional meetups with his daughter.

Vanessa Posso: mother of Gervonta Davis’ two youngest children

Gervonta Davis, after separating from Andretta Smothers, would date Ariana Fletcher and his former mentor Floyd Mayweather’s daughter, Yana Mayweather. It was then that Vanessa Posso, a social media influencer with 700,000 Instagram followers, came into his life. She gave birth to Giovanna and Gianni Davis and has remained with ‘Tank’ ever since.

Also, from her previous relationship with rapper Suga J, Vanessa Posso has a daughter. But that did not seem to be a big deal for Gervonta Davis. But that does not mean that their relationship hasn’t been without its lows. As in his previous relationship, Gervonta Davis also faced accusations of assault, but those charges were dropped in late 2023.
