There’s no end to Ryan Garcia’s social media antics! Despite being on the brink of suspension, the Victorville native is positive about his future in boxing, as he called out former rival Gervonta Davis, while roping in ex-wife Andrea Célina in his latest social media post. It hasn’t even been a year since Ryan Garcia separated from Célina.

Back in December last year, ‘King Ry’ Garcia revealed his divorce just after announcing the birth of his son, which had the entire community turning on the 25-year-old. According to court documents acquired by TMZ Sports, the couple separated because of “irreconcilable differences.” However, Garcia seems to have had a change of heart amid PED allegations, yet not in the way one might think.

Gervonta Davis isn’t happy about Garcia’s call out

‘Tank’ Davis and Garcia went toe-to-toe in April last year, following a long drawn rivalry between the duo. Going in, there was a lot of animosity between them, but after the fight ending in Garcia’s first defeat, the boxers became friends of sorts. Even when Garcia tested positive for PED during the fight against Devin Haney, Davis had vehemently supported the Victorville native.

However, Davis might not have expected this from Garcia, who earlier today on Instagram wrote, “Love you bro, We will run it back again @gervontaa” while sharing a picture with Davis. Seeing this surprise call out, Davis commented on the post with some [Devin emojis], possibly expressing his aversion to the idea.

Nevertheless, Garcia didn’t stop there as he added, “Drea we also will be together again in a different way @dreacelina.” Adding to the intrigue, just yesterday Garcia voiced his aspiration for a long-term relationship, even hinting at the possibility of marriage. However, given Garcia’s penchant for trolling on social media with a barrage of unpredictable tweets and posts in recent months, it’s prudent to approach his statements with a healthy dose of skepticism.

On a separate note, it’s not just Garcia showing Davis some love, in fact, the Baltimore native also had similar things to say about ‘King Ry.’

Davis refuses to believe Ryan Garcia cheated

On May 1, VADA, through letters sent to all concerned parties, revealed Garcia tested positive for Ostarine, and the news spread across the web like wildfire. While most people turned on Garcia, including Claressa Shields, Davis backed Garcia’s innocence. ‘Tank’ even got into a spat with Shields over the development, which eventually ended with Shields blocking Davis.

Nevertheless, during a May 6 interview with ES News, Davis said, “Stay up kid. Continue to be you. We’ll see each other in the future. I don’t believe he’s a cheater.” Not just that, as Garcia’s B-Sample test result confirmed he had taken the PED, people thought Davis’ outlook may change, but it remained the same. Gervonta Davis wrote in a now-deleted tweet, “He didn’t cheat..”

It’s quite uncertain what’s next for Ryan Garcia, but per his statements on social media, he might be looking for a rematch with Gervonta Davis and reconciliation of sorts with ex-wife Andrea Célina. Do you think the rematch will happen anytime soon?
