If signed into law, gun owners would no longer need a concealed weapons permit and training to carry firearms within the state. Florida Governor DeSantis has already expressed his support for the bill and intends to sign it into law.

The bill has garnered controversy from both sides of the political spectrum, with opponents arguing that it puts public safety at risk. The proponents assert that it is a step towards protecting Second Amendment rights. In response to the Bill, Broner stated, “Now when y’all see me running with my gun don’t say sh*t.”

Broner’s history of trouble with the law

Adrien Broner has a history of legal issues. One of the incidents occurred in December 2012 when he was accused of taking a woman’s purse and assaulting her at a Miami Beach nightclub. He was arrested for battery and robbery, but the charges were dropped after the alleged victim failed to appear in court.
