As serious as Ryan Garcia’s doping test situation is, the entire ordeal seems to have taken a comical turn! And at the center of it all is Bill Haney. See, before Garcia’s B-Sample tested positive for ostarine again a few days ago, Devin Haney’s father released a cinematic video on social media, condemning Garcia for allegedly cheating via ingesting PEDs.

However, he never, in a million years, would have thought it would become the center of attention when comedian Chico Bean would impersonate him by parodying the same video. Hours earlier, the American comedian, actor, singer and producer took to his Instagram account, drawing attention not only from his fans but also from Devin Haney and Errol Spence Jr

Bill Haney shadowed by his doppelgänger

Haney Sr. is known for his hilarious videos on social media, whether he is mocking Floyd Mayweather or taking jabs at Ryan Garcia. However, Anthony Jamal Bean seems to have left Bill’s comedic timing in the dust. He shared the clip with the caption reading, For the HUNDREDS of [people] who’ve asked me to do it, I hope y’all enjoy…. Ladies and Gentlemen, I present to you [Bill Haney].”

In the clip, Bean goes all out, sporting a wig, rocking a Bill-esque beard, and nailing his fashion sense. He even channels Bill’s tone and personality flawlessly. But what really had everyone in stitches were the background sound effects! Devin Haney didn’t waste a second before hitting the like button, and Spence Jr.? Well, he couldn’t help but pepper the comments with laughing emojis!

Yet, it was the fans who were left in stitches marveling at the splendid wonder Bean had managed to create by impersonating Bill Haney.

Fan claims he had to watch the video three times

Nobody was expecting such a take on Bill Haney’s videos, so once Bean’s post went live, it instantly started attracting comments praising the effort. Thoroughly entertained by Bean’s impersonation and mimicry, this user had just one ultimate dilemma. The user asked, “Who is doing the sound effects—that’s the first thing?” It was most likely the cameraman, but it could also have been added during editing to enhance the overall experience.

Meanwhile, this user claimed he watched the video three times to fully appreciate Bean’s work. The user wrote, “I had to watch the video 3 times. 1 for the wig 2 to listen to what you [are] saying and 3 to the cameraman [with] the background music.” Since the clip has managed to gather 59K views on X, this user might not be alone in rewatching the clip.

Someone else, impressed by Bean’s impression of Bill Haney, praised the comedian for his effort and comedic timing. “Bruh. Nailed It. Keep It Moving!!!!!” In fact, Bean’s impression was so good, one may mistake Bean for Bill.

Another user seems to have translated the harmless joke into outright mockery, suggesting no one takes the Haneys seriously anymore. “I’m not sure that anyone is taking the Haneys seriously anymore,” the user commented. However, that may change soon since Garcia’s B-Sample has also tested positive, and he will stand trial for it.

Akin to the first user, even this user seemed extremely entertained by the background music in the clip. The user wrote, “Bro who tf was doing the background noise.” And it wasn’t an unpopular opinion, as a vast majority of the comments pointed the same thing out.

While the world awaits Ryan Garcia’s fate, the clip from Chico Bean seems to have added the much needed humor. As of the time of writing, there hasn’t been a response from Bill Haney regarding the video. However, what do you think Bill would say? Will he take offense, or would he appreciate the humor behind it?
