Spence treated Ugas to a merciless barrage of punches. By the tenth round, Ugas’ right eye was completely shut. The referee Laurence Cole stopped the fight so as to have the ringside physician examine Ugas’ eye. The physician did not allow Ugas to continue leading to Spence’s victory by TKO.
