Anthony Joshua is one of the best heavyweight boxers. He suffered a defeat against Oleksandr Usyk and failed to avenge his loss in the rematch.  He made his comeback against Jermaine Franklin and secured a unanimous decision win for himself.

In the post-fight press conference, Joshua was asked about the comments made by other professional boxers. To the same, he had a vehement response and candidly expressed his thoughts. He made sure to let people know that it does not bother him. To the same, the fans made sure to cut no corners but to react angrily to the comment made by the heavyweight boxer.

Fans call out Anthony Joshua for referring to his rivals as “Haters”

The fight against Franklin is Joshua’s comeback bout after a long hiatus. He made sure to express all his emotions when he was questioned about his rivals calling him out after his victory.

He stated, “Pure haters, they haters, but it is what it is. I don’t expect them to like me. I don’t like them either so f*ck them all”.

He added that neither of them is his friend and does not expect any better from them, “I see them all. There are a lot of haters out there. They ain’t my friends anyway. So is what it is.”

His comments did not fair well against the boxing fans. The fans made sure to come out in full force to give their piece of mind. Here are a few interesting fan reactions:

One fan named @tn21beer questioned his competency as a boxer. He asks,  “Who in the top 4 does he beat?”

Another fan named @thacombatkiwi demanded a fight he desires to witness again. He states, “Anthony Joshua vs Josheph parker 2 is the fight to make”

While another fan just relied upon  his coach’s demeanor to explain his reaction. @Emanzion: “Coaches face say it all”

@sbukeli couldn’t help himself but express his opinion: “Fury or Wilder would annihilate this guy”

Lastly, a fan named @doddsyboy27 wrote: “they were when you were at the top of a very poor weight devision! Now it’s good you are not even the 5th best fighter in Uk! Retire Pal.”
