Recently, she shared an Instagram story where she tried a recovery method Joe Rogan endorses. Earlier, the Albanian fitness influencer shared another story where she touted the benefits of walking. After trying Rogan’s recovery protocol, Greca highlighted how walking twice a day can help regulate sleep.

Walking is one of the basic functions of everyday life, and it’s how humans move. However, with the increasingly sedentary lifestyle, fitness influencers like Senada Greca are fighting for its benefits for all. Brisk walking is among the best practices for general fitness. A form of steady-state cardio, walking can help people lose weight and improve heart and mental health.

Sunlight helps regulate the body’s Circadian rhythm, which in turn helps regulate a healthy sleep cycle. Since sleep helps the body recover from a workout, Greca focuses on improving sleep health. The fitness influencer’s advice on walking comes after she tried the sauna after getting inspired by Joe Rogan. In another story, the Albanian revealed she was following the sauna protocol designed by physician Peter Attia.
