Powerlifter Stefi Cohen recently took to her official Instagram account and shared a video where she spoke about hamstring injuries. She said that this happens because of weak tendons. She said, “You’re stiff as a board, and as a result, this probably ain’t the first time that you’re in this position.”

Giving advice, Stefi Cohen said that one of the best ways to fix even the slightest hamstring pull is to incorporate the Nordic curls into your workout routine. They help train the hamstrings when they lengthen, which is when they are the most vulnerable. People usually forget to train the hamstrings, which must not be the case.
