Mark Wahlberg’s shocking announcement

In his latest Instagram post, Wahlberg is featured with his Municipal member. At the very beginning of the video, he declared, “3% body fat. Single digit right”. The actor was seen showing off his shirtless physique. However, as the video proceeded, Wahlberg started to let the followers take a peek into his intense fitness regime.

Although the health concern looms around regarding such a drastic percentage of body fat, Wahlberg isn’t complaining about it.

His followers and fans, however, seemed more concerned for the actor. They also reflected their doubts about Wahlberg being 3% at all or not.

One of the fans said, “He?s not in single digits either?.. you would be dead at 3% Bodyfat. You would have feathering of the muscles, insane muscle insertions and ab development.” While another one commented, “That guy is NOT 3% body fat”. Yet another fan suggested, “Ideally you want 8-10% body fat”. Someone else pronounced, “I know he’s ripped but somehow he still looks fat.. for some reason”. Yet another fan said, “Looking amazing!!!!!! Get it!!! Motivation”.
