Greg Doucette denounces Tren Twins’ growth hormone use

The twin brothers have revealed that they use a testosterone dosage of 210 milligrams per week. Building on this, Doucette further highlighted the potential side effects of testosterone. But what he focused on the most was growth hormones. Doucette explained the side effects of taking growth hormones at a young age. “My opinion on growth hormone is that using growth hormone is borrowing against your future. Perhaps it’s keeping you younger,” said Doucette.

Moreover, the coach continued and expressed, “Perhaps it’s burning a few extra calories, your hair and nails are growing faster, perhaps your skin looks better. But you really want to shorten your life perhaps instead of living to be 90 you only live to be 70 all for the use of growth hormone.”  Doucette criticized the use of growth hormones and considered it overrated and questioned its value for individuals in their early 20s.

He suggested that growth hormone should be a supplementary element rather than a primary focus in a stero*d cycle. Additionally, the 48-year-old also stressed how Anavar is more suitable for women and questions its necessity for men, especially at a lower dose. He also emphasized the importance of following the law and only using performance-enhancing drugs with the advice and consent of a doctor.

On the other hand, he also raised significant concern about including trenbolone, a potent stero*d, at 100 milligrams per week. He argued that trenbolone is a harsh compound with potential side effects like insomnia, night sweats, and anxiety. He recommended saving trenbolone for later in a cycle when gaining additional strength and muscle becomes more challenging.
