

Kali Muscle sparks up yet another controversy in the fitness world. After targeting several food items, the bodybuilder now attacks those fitness enthusiasts who believe in the art of bulking up. As the 49-year-old insinuates the related health concerns with bulking up, he also mocks the humongous bodybuilders claiming they only like being unhealthy.

Kali Muscle’s usual way of approaching a matter and sending his own opinion out in public often gets on people’s nerves. However, that certainly does not make Muscle seem dejected and instead, he tries his best to provide his original although questioned opinions time and again, overlooking all the backlashes. This time the bodybuilder tries to reason against bulking up.

Kali Muscle claims that he knows how to count his calories
Bringing up how the art of bulking up can cause inflammations in one’s artery, Kali Muscle speaks against getting massive physiques. He stated that one can go as bulked up as 300 lbs and he explores how people would still bulk up more with supplements, protein powders, and creatine. He also mocked how people always go for the red color and artificial flavoring.

Further mocking how people think being strongest has to do with bulking up, Kali Muscle stated, “I’m Bulking bro”. He then went on to bring up the story of Chris Jones and how he ended up getting cancer. However, without looking at any other reason for such consequences, Muscle attributed bulking is the only reason for cancer. He further mocked bodybuilders how they only go for unhealthy things, “If it ain’t cancer-causing bro, it ain’t good bro.”

Although Muscle receives much backlash for his opinions and content a lot of the time he simply ignores it. However, one time the bodybuilder found it necessary to raise his voice.

Kali Muscle defends himself
Although most of the videos shared by Muscle strictly show how he talks with the ingredients list in front of him, a great fraction of the fitness community is unwilling to believe his suggestions. So the bodybuilder explained that he only wishes to impart the truth that people overlook, “How are y’all mad at me for just reading ingredients?”
Going against the grain is hard as it is, but Muscle keeps on doing it without much resistance to people’s opinions about him. The bodybuilder talks about how he only tries to stick to what he believes to be the ultimate truth about fitness and health and tries to make others aware of it.
