He consumed 10 ounces of chicken breast and a cup of white rice, noting Edge’s penchant for high-protein meals. Meal three consisted of ground turkey, rice, avocado, and Brussels sprouts, which Soueid deemed a “gourmet bodybuilding meal.”

For the pre-workout meal, Soueid crafted a protein smoothie inspired by Edge’s recipe, comprising ingredients like a Granny Smith apple, almond milk, and protein powder. Following his workout, Soueid enjoyed a steak with Brussels sprouts as meal number five, lamenting over the steak being cooked beyond his preferred medium-rare. Lastly, Soueid indulged in Nutty Chocolate Bros, reflecting Edge’s preference for a sweet yet protein-rich option before bed. In addition, Soueid stressed Edge’s advice saying it’s not a short-term thing.
