The Instagram video showed Marky Mark doing several exercises in the gym. The Ted star worked out on exercise machines doing lat pull-downs, rowing, and more. He also did a hybrid of hammer curls, standard bicep curls, and other free-weight exercises. Besides these, Mark Wahlberg also did the bodyweight movements like inverted rows.

While the Uncharted actor’s workout rightly looks intense at a glance, it’s more than that. Mark Wahlberg is a fan of functional training, and instead of just sticking to free weights or machines, he utilizes everything. While some of his exercises are for building muscle, others are more mobility-focused. Wahlberg also does a lot of core work, which is something many people neglect.
