In his videos, he effortlessly lifts heavyweights, making it look as easy as Thor lifting his hammer. Hooper recently posted a video where he is talking about his bicep workout.

Mitchell Hooper posted a video on his YouTube channel with the caption “I Tried Every Bodybuilder’s Bicep Workout”. In the video, he talks about trying out the bicep workout of famous bodybuilders to make his own arms bigger. Of course, as a strongman, Hooper knows that makes his arms bigger is a continuous process. But, perhaps for the amusement of his viewers, Hooper claims that he is trying to put an inch on his arms in just one workout.

Then, he shows a few moves from the workouts of well-known bodybuilders like Roy Winkler, Ronnie Coleman, Flex Lewis, and Big Daddy Weave. As his goal is to go from 19.5 inches around the arms to 20.5 inches, Hooper e keeps his breaks short and works hard. He talks about the fifth exercise, V curls with a special movement.

Mitchell feels good about it, but when he measures his biceps at the end, they’re not as big as the world record. He thinks he’s 24 inches away from his goal, but he’s hopeful that with more workouts, he can get there eventually.

Earlier, Mitchell Hooper, the formidable Strongman, took to his official Instagram account @mitchellhooper to share a video featuring his collaborative workout with Geoff Mac Gillivray, known as @big_papa_mac on Instagram. The video captures both bodybuilding giants immersed in their respective workout sessions.

While Hooper focuses on his unique workout variations and completes his sets, Geoff Mac Gillivray is captured loading plates onto the barbell. Amidst the intense gym atmosphere, Hooper gives him stern looks, emphasizing the seriousness of every exercise.

According to Hooper, making eye contact during workouts is the most perilous stunt in the gym and should be avoided at all costs.

In his caption for the video, Hooper humorously stated that making eye contact at the gym is a risky affair, emphasizing the importance of lifting heavy and being kind, leading to uproarious reactions from the entire fitness community in the comments section.
