In one of his recent Instagram stories, Bumstead shares a few off-day sneak peeks with his fans. With the ultimate tournament coming up in a few months, the bodybuilding beast requires a little rest from his extraordinarily busy schedule. Bumstead thus posted a story where his father was leading with a kayak in his left hand. Chris captioned it as, “Kayak day with pops.”

In his next story, CBum is seen recording from his kayak. It definitely seems like an enchanted journey with blue sky, white clouds, and beautifully crystal-like water the father-son duo is steering through. He writes in the story, “Needed a mental reset”.
