Tim Burmaster’s revelation on not-so-healthy food options

Burmaster’s social media accounts are crowded with advice on losing weight. His recent YouTube short is also about the harmful foods people consume in an attempt to feel healthy. According to him, these foods may seem to have a potential benefit, but they can be harmful to one’s body due to the chemicals they contain. Let’s dive into the not-so-healthy side of five commonly considered wholesome options.

“Five foods that are often considered healthy but should be completely avoided. Plant-based protein powders, Nuts and nut butter, Nut milk and oat milk, Kale, and Soy”, said Tim Burmaster. He described the potential harm these options can cause. He explained plant-based proteins are not easy to intent and sometimes contain heavy metals. Nuts and nut butter, despite their tasty reputation contain fatty acids, chemicals, and pesticides.

He even suggested, what to eat instead of these,

“So stick to beef, seafood, raw dairy, eggs, fruit, and honey, and you’re going to crush it.” Besides Burmaster, plenty of pro bodybuilders have also opined on what to eat to be in the best shape.

Kali Muscle on diet regimes

The 48 YO fruitarian, Kali Muscle, after his heart attack two years ago, started eating healthy. Since then he mostly depended on fruit for nutrition and often, guides people to eat healthy. In one of his videos, he confessed that used to eat unhealthy for most of his life, till the incident happened. He was inclined on 5000 calories per day. To fulfill his calory quota he ate foods like rice and meat.

Now, he helps others with his videos and experience. He emphasized that initially he faced challenges in maintaining a strict diet plan affective, but he overcame those hurdles. Now, he only focuses on guiding people to ensure they choose a healthy lifestyle, progress and find happiness.
