The bond between Chris Bumstead and Iain Valliere has always been felt outside of the gyms. Even days after Valliere has stopped coaching CBum, the latter does not stop mentioning his friend and brother-in-law whenever he gets the chance.

Chris Bumstead’s skills and capabilities of being a bodybuilder were first recognized by Iain Valliere when he was only 19. Since then, Valliere has been the true guidance and motivation for the 5X Mr. Olympia in his professional journey. The reason for their break-up as a coach-trainee duo was only because Valliere had been compromising his training and profession for the sake of Bumstead. On the other hand, now that the duo has done their hair transplant together, they cannot stop themselves from having a good time with the decision.

Chris Bumstead and Iain Valliere’s Hair Transplant

In the latest Instagram post by Iain Valliere, he shared a photo featuring Chris Bumstead and himself. The unique photo focused on the two bodybuilders in the middle of a hair transplant procedure. In the end, they also compared themselves with two of the most revered Hollywood actors who are bald.

In his caption, Valliere hence posted two emojis of bald men. Among other photos, he also added one of Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel. In reply to that, Chris Bumstead wrote, “Who’s DJ and who’s Vin Diesel?” having fun at their own expense.

It is not just Iain Valliere who has shown off his and his companion’s hair transplant journey. Earlier, Bumstead had also shared moments from their appointment.

Chris Bumstead’s insights on the transplant

A few days ago, Bumstead shared a video of him getting bald before the transplant process. In his posts, several other photo snippets recorded the figments of his journey. In the caption of his post, the bodybuilder gave a shout out to the firm that was helping them with the transplant. He wrote, “Fresh haircut from @now.hairtime I guess this is what they think a fade is in Turkey. I have a feeling it’s going to grow back thicker than ever though.”
