Born on 30th April 1998, The Miracle Bear hails from Schwäbisch Gmünd, Germany. Although Kalecinski attained stardom as a bodybuilder at 25, the German didn’t focus on bodybuilding until 2017. The Arnold Classic 2023 silver medalist grew up in his hometown with dreams of becoming an alpine skier.

Growing up in the second largest city of Ostalb district in Germany, Urs Kalecinski had a tough time commuting between home, school, and where he learned to ski. After a point, the ever-increasing hours of skiing practice and travel started hampering the 2023 Texas State Pro winner’s education, and he left the sport. However, The Miracle Bear had also built a great physique strength training for skiing.
