Before CBum’s fourth Olympia, his brother-in-law used to be his coach and with his help, Chris won three Classic Physique titles. However, in a surprising turn of events, these two bodybuilders parted ways and Bumstead began training with IFBB pro coach Hany Rambod aka The Pro Creator.

Chris Bumstead avoids discussing his brother-in-law’s retirement

Recently, the two collaborated for a drilling session, showing the world that despite professional separation, their bond remains strong. They immediately delved into a hardcore back-day regimen. In the past, the bodybuilding icon had made his feelings about Valliere’s retirement known. “You’ve made me a better bodybuilder, a better man, and taught me more than you’ll ever know. Even now, this decision to retire on your own accord is extremely inspiring and will help me make my decision when my time comes, ” he had written. However, in his newest video, he said that he doesn’t want to talk about the retirement anymore.

Bumstead stated, “So we’re not going to beat the dead horse.” He said in the video that they have talked about this topic several times and they have also made a podcast dedicated to his retirement. But It’s time to stop the conversation about this. Afterwards, they started their routine.

Later, the 4x Classic champ revealed his health situation and asked his followers to help him.

CBum admits to being a prisoner to severe headaches

In a video, he admitted to a severe condition he’s been going through, “If anyone has any tricks for debilitating headaches, please help I get horrible headaches all the time they’re killing me,” says bodybuilding hunk.
