Eddie Hall went beyond his comfort zone for a challenge

On May 10, 2023, Crascall uploaded a video on his Instagram tagging Hall, under the caption, “We Absolutely Nailed This!!” Seemingly, in that video, two Malian men were seen doing three hard exercises. The first one was dumbbell raises while holding the legs in the air and they performed it perfectly. Cut to Hall and Crascall, they tried to imitate the same exercises with dumbbells but end up doing something hilarious.

In the next workout, those guys nailed an advanced seated crunch with dumbbells which the friends wanted to copy but failed to do so. This was followed by the last workout, which was a forearm to full plank. Here Hall and Crascall ended up doing something similar to push-ups and it seemed nothing like a plank. This was indeed a very tough challenge and even though they failed, Hall felt he did a good job. As he took to the comment section of the post and wrote, I nailed it. @arron_crascall was having a seizure I think.”
