In one of his Instagram posts, Joe Rogan explicitly described one of his sauna experiences, followed by cold plunges. Although the concepts were quite new to him, he still confessed how it had been a wild ride for him.?Rogan had revealed?about his 20 minutes of sauna and two minutes of cold plunge. Greca has followed this suggestion and has gone for 20 minutes a session herself. Rogan remarked how these helped in relaxing and recovering muscles after intensive training.
