The fitness community has talked about Sam Sulek’s insane physique multiple times for different reasons. As astonishing as it is for Sulek to have his magnificent build, many have argued how the body he maintains at 21 is nowhere near natural and can be fatal in the longer run because of possible ster**d abuse and questionable eating habits.

Sulek has gained much popularity despite not having participated in any competitive bodybuilding shows. The internet influencer still has such a great audience that he was even allowed to have his own photo booth at this year’s Arnold Expo 2024, charging as much as $80 for his photos signed by him. Yet many people cannot overlook the food habits he is promoting. Echoing similar sentiments, fitness influencer Eddie Abbew called out the young bodybuilder recently.

Through his latest video, Eddie Abbew focused on how Sam Sulek, being a fitness influencer with a high reach, is spreading unhealthy food advice to the fitness community. “Look at that boy, can you not tell he is not healthy? When he talks he looks like been running up f*cking stairs,” Abbew exclaimed. He further mentioned that Sulek was heading the wrong way and messing up his cardiovascular system, adding, “21 years old shouldn’t look like that.”

In the caption of his post, Abbew also wrote, “THERE WILL BE CONSEQUENCES.” Then he proceeded to ask people that instead of listening to Sulek, people should not give him the right to promote unhealthy food habits. He wrote, “The people who are enabling this boy, who in turn is influencing the younger generation should be ashamed of themselves. You should be giving him advice. The boy is a train wreck waiting to happen.”

But what exactly does Sulek’s diet advice actually look like? Let us find out.

Sam Sulek’s diet tips for a bulky physique

Sam Sulek had revealed that calorie-rich food would help a person to get bulkier if that’s what their goals were. According to him, one can take up to four to five thousands of calories a day. “Anything you can get that’s calorie-dense as long as you also hit your gram per pound of body weight of protein. So if you’re a 180-pound dog, you’re going to need 180 grams of protein. Increase that or decrease that, depending on what your actual lean body weight is now,” he explained.

In fact, the bodybuilder said, that if they needed more calories, people could also add vanilla ice cream and high-calorie sandwiches with lots of cheese and peanut butter in their diet. This would ensure a rather calorie-condensed diet which would help in gaining a bulky physique.
