After making a splash with his pro debut, the 25-year-old IFBB Pro is gearing up for a return to the open bodybuilding stage. While newcomers like Vitaliy Ugolnikov are looking to establish themselves, Beastwood took a backseat and made incredible improvements to his physique. The bodybuilding prodigy stunned the world by showing off those improvements.

“2022 vs 2024. Taken around the same number of weeks out,” wrote Eriya as he posted a side-by-side comparison of his two-year transformation. The 25-year-old also hit the same most muscular pose in both pictures. However, everything about his physique looked improved in the 2024 version.

Beastwood looked more jacked and had better muscle muscle maturity after two years of training. The fact that his conditioning remained the same despite putting on more muscle mass also made the transformation more impressive. “I’ve still got a lot more work to do before I return. So until then, keeping my head down and getting to work,” wrote the bodybuilding sensation.

While Eriya could’ve competed during the past few months, he took the time off to work on improving his physique. Competing frequently can affect the physique negatively. Other famous bodybuilders like Urs Kalecinski have also taken a break from competitive bodybuilding. However, the bodybuilding world is ready to see Quinton Eriya return to competition.

“Most are thinking, ‘But I can’t take a year off’ – appreciate you trusting me here,” wrote Quinton Beastwood’s coach Matt Jansen.
