Chris Bumstead unveils a secret

Bodybuilders often experiment with their workouts and diet. They experiment until they get the desired result. In the latest update, the 28-year-old bodybuilder has also shared one of his secrets with his fans. In a recent Instagram story, the bodybuilding icon revealed a surprising pre-workout ritual that has been making a big difference in his training regimes. Bumstead mentioned, “Experimenting with @marlinchiropactic secret techniques and PEMF pre-workout helped my muscle activation given how tired and depleted I am.”

The story he shared on his IG, with a snippet of his workout, contains two posts, one where he revealed his PEMF and doing standing barbell with heavy weights. In the other story, he’s been showing off his well-defined calves.

In one of his videos he mentioned his weight goals, he said, “I also just I just didn’t want to cram trying to lose 30-40 lbs because it’s just really bad for your body to lose like 50-40 lbs of weight and muscle to try and make weight, and weight caps was 240 so 260 265 with my weight cap my Peak weight this year 20 25 lbs.”

While managing his own weight for this year’s competition, CBum set a reasonable goal for himself. With his sheer determination, he said regardless of his weight, “I can pull that off in 16 weeks, no problem.” As the Canadian bodybuilder continues to excel in bodybuilding, his insights might inspire others as well to try these methods.
