The former coach of the reigning champion in the classic division, Chris Bumstead, is also celebrated as a generous personality. Throughout his career, Valliere provided valuable insights as he guided Cbum to achieve greatness. After splitting with Bumstead in 2022, the 33-year-old concentrated on his gym routine. However, he recently shared an update about his hair transplant.

Apparently, the athlete has undergone a hair transplant and is urging others not to shy away from addressing their hair concerns. He posted on his social media account with details of his surgery and a profound message for everyone.

Iain Valliere shared a heartfelt message after his hair transplant

The 5’11 inches bodybuilder took to his Instagram and uploaded a carousel documenting the stages of his transplant surgery. This included pictures and a video of this surgery process. Valliere encouraged others who have been unhappy or facing consciousness about their selves.

He wrote in his post, “Life is short, if you’re unhappy with or self-conscious about your hairline, stop waiting and fix it! There’s no need to wear hats everywhere, or style hair in some ridiculous way in an attempt to hide it (cause let’s be honest you not fooling anyone lol).” Valliere expressed his feelings with humor that trying to hide hair issues doesn’t trick anyone. He used his own experience to explain to others that initially it did not seem like a problem, but the top of his head was totally bald. After the surgery, his hairline was moving back.

The hair transplant procedure has taken place in Istanbul, Turkey. He showed his gratitude and thanked the medical team for their hassle-free services. Moreover, the former bodybuilder has been more vocal about his life now than ever. Previously, he unveiled the sacrifices he made throughout his career.
