The thin line between success and failure lies in the approach every individual takes. For bodybuilding, it becomes extremely essential for individuals to be mindful of their fitness regimes. What works for some might not work for others because of their distinct physique type. Thus, understanding which exercise methods suit one is not only important for winning a show but also for preventing accidental injuries.

Dorian Yates’ rare shot at Dips

In his latest Instagram post, Dorian Yates shared a few black-and-white photos of himself attempting dips. The intensity of the workout could visibly be understood from the bodybuilder’s demeanor. In the caption of his post, he wrote, “I found that it didn’t really work well for me; I always found the bars to be too narrow so this meant I felt it mainly in my shoulders.”
