The 2023 Arnold Classic champion, Ramon Dino, has been getting much popularity not just for his massive physique but particularly for his insane arm training and strength portrayal. Jesse James West challenged him with four different grip strength levels, and Dino could go up until a point. But how far did he go?

Ronnie Coleman’s self-claimed son, Jesse James West, was reported to have been collaborating with Brazilian fitness icon Ramon Dino. James created a situation to put Dino’s impressive 17-inch arms to the test, and the bodybuilding icon certainly didn’t disappoint with his incredible grip strength. But did he finish all five levels, or did he also have a limit of his own? Let us find out.

Ramon Dino’s Grip strength

Jesse James West’s latest Instagram reel showed a clip where he announced, “World’s strongest gripper vs world’s strongest grip arms. Can he grip it?” Then, the fitness influencer started the challenge. The first level was 100 lbs, but Ramon Dino instantly exclaimed how easy that was. The next level, 150 lbs, did not look as straightforward, but Dino still surpassed it with much smoothness.

From the third level with 200 lbs, slight hesitation could be seen on Dino, but nothing major as he succeeded within seconds. The next level, level 4, as soon as it appeared, West reflected, “That is insane. Lvl 4: 250 lbs.” But for the final level with 300 lbs on the gripper, West said, “This is the last one. I don’t know if he is gonna get it.” Honestly, this was where Dino had to leave his streak behind.

When Dino fans and the fitness community witnessed this shocking gripping test taken by Ramon Dino, they could not stop speculating about the potential the Arnold Classic champion had in the world of bodybuilding!

Ramon Dino fan suggested different professions based on his arm strength

Various fans took to Instagram to leave their comments on the video. One fan joked about how Ramon Dino should start his career in bodybuilding, “I think he should start bodybuilding.” Another fan suggested how Ramon has a suitable name for Dino by stating, “Dude really is a Dino.” Someone else suggested that Dino should also opt for arm wrestling, given his massive arm strength, “After bodybuilding, he should go into arm wrestling for sure.”

One other fan wrote, “He should definitely start competing in classic physique he’ll be no. 2.” Yet another fan stated that Dino can also play badminton as a career if he wishes to, “He might be ready to grip the badminton racket.”
