Lean Beef Patty flexes her vacuum 

Muscle Mommy recently took to her official Instagram account and shared a series of photos demonstrating her transformation through the years. She began by posting two photographs flexing her vacuum and her back, that were taken this year in 2024. She then posted a picture from 2023, where again she was seen flaunting her monstrous back. According to the bodybuilder, she Was not doing the same program for literally any significant period of time between any of these so it’s more or less just a general physique change thru the years.”

She used an image of her back from 2022, to show the huge difference in conditioning that she has had over the two years. And finally, as she showcased pictures from 2021 to 2017, her insane transformation was pretty much evident.

And well, while every muscle of her body is perfectly crafted, she has received the most praise in the past for her abs. But what is her advice to get chiseled abs like hers? 

Lean Beef Patty recommends performing till failure

Lean Beef Patty used several short videos to share with her followers her simple yet effective routine to get the perfect abs. She used the videos to show the right stance to perform every exercise. However, her message was pretty much clear as she mentioned that one must keep performing to failure.

She said, “Sets/reps are just a recommendation/what I did. If it’s not enough or too much, you can perform to failure as well.” However, with a tinge of sarcasm, she even gave a reality check by writing, “It may not be a realistic goal to try and maintain them all year round but REGARDLESS if you have them or not, it’s good to build core strength & you’re still just as good with or without them.” 

Even as she recommends that maintaining abs throughout the year might not be a great idea, one would not really want to stop trying seeing the kind of physique the fitness influencer flaunts.
