Kali Muscle’s no-meat diet

In one of his videos posted on YouTube, Kali Muscle declared that he hasn’t had meat in a long while. He did not regret not including it in his food habits. He stated, “I haven’t ate meat in two years. So that’s not an issue. Meat I don’t even have a desire, cause I know other things I can eat.” Then, the bodybuilder addressed the compromise to his health and the importance of considering his food choices.

The bodybuilder proceeded with a brief speech about his heart and how his entire body could have been hit because of the disorientation of blood flow. He said, “I had a massive heart attack nobody lives through a Widowmaker. Google it. Locked up 100%. So, that shuts down blood flow to everything in your body. I could be f**cking brain dead right now.”

Kali Muscle does not look at his heart attacks in a very negative light. Instead, the bodybuilder seeks to help his fans and followers with fitness tips after he recovered from a life-threatening moment in his life.

While discussing the resolutions for the upcoming year, Kali Muscle explained to his followers how he plans to expand his experienced fitness journey by further giving tips to his followers. He stated, “God put me through it to be able to explain to you guys.” Then the bodybuilder continued, “I’ve been through being a skinny guy, buff guy, super buff guy, and super jacked guy, then boom, God smacked me down to come back to a healthy fit guy to be able to teach you guys.”

It is not easy to get over hardships. However, Kali Muscle tries his best to look at the positive side of things when circumstances might look bleak. The bodybuilder also declared he does not crave meat, so he put forward an example of self-discipline.
