Back in 2021, she gained attention for the first time and deadlifted approximately 100 pounds when she was just six years old. Since then, she has been making waves in the fitness community by consistently improving and lifting heavy. Arshia’s interest in the gym developed during the COVID-19 pandemic, like many others. She trains with her father, who is a fitness freak and a gym owner.

When one looks at the video showcasing Goswami lifting 165 pounds, one can see how her form was perfect, leading to the lift looking like a piece of cake. She even did the lift with a conventional form instead of a sumo, a major feat in itself. Despite the efforts that Goswami seemed to have put in, many were not impressed by her performance and questioned and showed skepticism on the lift.
