After winning Seven Fitness Model of the Year awards, Mike O’Hearn is well-reputed in the fitness industry. Yet his extremely jacked physique has always entwined him with the PED controversy, critiquing his natty claim. The bodybuilder, however, showed his expertise in choosing the right fitness routine which was previously followed by many bodybuilding greats.

Mike O’Hearn asks fans to take Arnold’s advice

After a short clip of his workout session, O’Hearn gave his audience a piece of valuable information. He stated, “The only data I can give you is from the experience of seeing the guys that are the very best in the world. They all do a range of motion at some point during their workout.” Then O’Hearn shifted to mention how only a fraction of bodybuilders in their prime tend to utilize and stretch these motions. Mike O’Hearn then announced, “If you don’t do it then, you can’t do it now. It’s a harsh reality to get the best range of motion.”

The Titan then asked his viewers to listen to Robbie Robinson or Arnie on this matter and learn from them. He commented, “So I just recommend, listen to Robbie Robinson, listen to Arnold. When Arnold still does behind the neck, shoulder press behind the neck, pull-downs relative to the 36-year-old that looks 60 years old, and says, ‘don’t do this stuff’.”

Is it the nutrition helping? Is the new training plan helping? you guys let me know.”
