Kyle Landi is only 23 years old and has already become the very first Canadian bodybuilder with Down syndrome to enter the competitive world of bodybuilding.

Yet, the young bodybuilder is defying the odds by showing the world that if one wishes to, one can take up a profession that has been set aside from their reach. Landi’s entry into the fitness world has also become a sensation after he started training with some of the bodybuilding icons like Ronnie Coleman. This time he was seen exercising with Titan, Mike O’Hearn.

Kyle Landi gets instructed by The Titan

Through his latest post on Instagram, Kyle Landi shared a video of himself exercising with Mike O’Hearn. In the video, Landi was reported to learn more about the advanced variation of Upright Rows as the Titan took it upon himself to correct Landi’s form. He also tried his best to keep the young bodybuilder going by screaming encouraging remarks, and it truly did the work.

Kyle Landi later wrote in the caption of his post, “Baby don’t hurt me??????” Then right after he gave credit to those who helped in learn and attain some new skills to cope with his bodybuilding dream. He wrote, “Learning something new with my guys @mikeohearn and @douglasfruchey @goldsgymvenice1.” Landi also remarked that people should not miss Mike O’Hearn’s live session and instead, it should be a great opportunity for them to learn something from the former Mr. Universe.

Kyle Landi has also started understanding what works out for him, and what doesn’t. He even revealed the most important factor in his training with his audience before.

Previously, Landi had revealed how he was trying to keep his weight sort of light. Although he takes part in competitive bodybuilding, the lighter weight was not specific for a shredded body. It had other purposes, too. Landi stated his intentions, “Keeping weight light so my execution with heavy weight is performed properly, minimizing risk.”

Then he further explained that following that very idea is not just another fitness tip or a bit of guidance that he incorporates into his routine. Instead, he reflected on how important it was. He stated, “In my training, form is the single most important factor followed by time under tension.” With Kyle Landi’s reach in the bodybuilding world, who would you like to see him training with next?
