Routt hits the gym to build muscle for 2 hours over the last decade. Despite loving  the female athlete never completely shifted to the sport and draws comparisons between being a nurse and a bodybuilder.

The fitness story of Tiffany Routt

Donning multiple hats is a child play for Routt as she is a Pediatric Private Duty Nurse, Fitness Instructor, NPC Bikini Competitor, YouTuber, and world traveler. Often people give up on their interests to focus on their careers, but Routt does it the other way.

She competes in bodybuilding while serving people at the hospital without taxing herself. Working out at the gym gives her utmost pleasure, and she believes as quoted by ksdk.com, “Even though I can’t see any changes immediately, I know that I put in my all, and that is the best feeling in the world.

She didn’t choose bodybuilding as a career because she wanted to preserve her feminine look and happily assist patients as a nurse at the hospital. “I thought about that, but then I want to keep my feminine look”, she stated in the clip. She “learned so much about the body in schools and then on the job,” and applies it to her training sessions. 

The 40-year-old loves competing

But her heart is filled with joy when she is on the bodybuilding stage competing. When asked about how she feels when competing in the events, she reflected and said, “Like I work so hard and finally my day comes. I get to show it off.”

“It feels good. I love it,” she further added. Leveling up their passion for fitness, she turned into an instructor. When she was not at the gym or hospital, she would be on a world tour living her travel dreams.
