Jay Cutler talked about Hassan Mostafa’s pullover

In the latest episode of Cutler Cast, Cutler was joined by Milos Sarcev and Manager Matt. While discussing Hassan Mostafa’s viral video, Cutler heavily criticized the 44-year-old Egyptian bodybuilder. He gave the example of himself and his highest pullover to make the contrast. he stated, “Listen I’ve never done a pullover with a 150 lbs dumbbell. I mean it was like 80.”

The conversation further focused on how the bodybuilder was presented with a better physique than in his previous appearances on bodybuilding stages. They agreed upon, “He looked to be in better shape than he had been in past shows which we were uncertain how he was going to show up right.”

Hassan Mostafa’s Tricep tear

In one of his latest Instagram posts, Mostafa shared a video from the instance when he tore his muscle and two subsequent photos of his tricep afterward. He talked about how the tricep tear affected him mentally right before Mr. Olympia. Moreover, in the caption of his post, he wrote, “I gradually got up to 150 which is a usual weight for me. I lifted 125 dumbbells the set before and it felt light plus it was the last set of the last exercise of that day.?

The fitness community always urges its members to be the best versions of themselves. However, just to get ahead, Mostafa’s actions seemed to fail horribly, that too right before Mr. Olympia.
