Arnold Schwarzenegger found joy while meeting fans

In this Instagram clip, Schwarzenegger shared that it has happened to him many times. “Well, it’s really wild because I go sometimes to an event and people will be screaming out, get to the chopper. Which is a line from Predator,” said the 76-year-old. One of the amusing instances he shared involved people shouting lines from his movies, like “Put the cookie, down!” – a quote from his film Jingle All the Way.

He continued and revealed that fans often approach him at events, enthusiastically quoting lines from his various movies. Whether it’s the intensity of “Get to the Chopper” or the humorous insistence of “Put the cookie down.” These lines have become ingrained in the minds of his fans and moviegoers.

What’s amusing is that people sometimes mispronounce the lines because he said it that way, Schwarzenegger pointed out. He shared an anecdote while preparing for Predator, where “the director comes and he says, it’s not Choppa, Arnold, it’s a chopper. It says an honor ends. I said, no, get to the choppa.”  The bodybuilding icon reflected how, when reading these lines in a script, they may not seem extraordinary. However, when he delivers them with his distinctive accent and charisma, they take on a life of their own. However, Schwarzenegger might have had a delightful experience with fans only reciting his lines from movies.
