This year Rambod saw himself being subjected to a major discomfort when two of his trainees were fighting for the top, yet none can deny the expertise of the coach who helped make the top contenders of the Mr. Olympia competition overall.

Hany Rambod’s plans for 2024

Hany Rambod has not only coached the 2023 Mr. Olympia Derek Lunsford and the runner-up Hadi Choopan but also Chris Bumstead. In the latest video uploaded by him, he revealed how up until his 22 Mr. Olympia titles he considered the circumstances to be extremely good. However, with the wins in 2023, he is ready to make another big leap with winning numbers.

When Rambod was asked how many Mr. Olympia titles would be enough for him, the IFBB coach stated, “It’s never enough”. He further added to his statement, “We are going in 2024 and the word ‘enough’ is not in our vocabulary.” In the caption of his post he also talked about how the goal for 2024 is to transform from great to legendary and that he and his trainees will never ‘settle’.

Rambod has not only designed the FST-7 system which helped a great many bodybuilders achieve the most prestigious title in the field but he has also made significant improvements in his trainees’ nutrition. Moreover, with his 20 years of experience he made it possible to help bodybuilders like Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Nicole Wilkins, Jeremy Buendia, Chris Bumstead, and Derek Lunsford. Furthermore, his motto,  “I want to care more about someone’s program than they care about their program.” also makes him one of the most distinguished coaches in the field.

Hany Rambod has made his name because of his close attention to detail. Now that he has achieved a great number of titles he does not want to stop his count just there and with much ambition, he plans to continue growing which is a clear reason why he is such a great coach.
