Starting her fitness journey in her late 50s, Flowers has now been training for more than a decade at the age of 67. Her fitness content motivates and inspires individuals as she embraces a healthy and active lifestyle. The nickname ‘Granny Guns’ became synonymous with her identity, highlighting both her age as well as her ripped physique.

At the Health and Fitness Expo 2023, which is being held in Anaheim, California, she was not only present but also featured prominently in a story posted by none other than bodybuilding GOAT Ronnie Coleman on his Instagram story. The duo flexed their muscles for the camera while getting a picture clicked. Coleman was present at Ronnie Signature Series Booth #335 to promote his supplement line.

Having a chat with the kids, Coleman greeted the kids with love and then continued by appreciating a young girl’s biceps development by stating, “Yea, you got one too!” The kids, seemingly in awe, approached Coleman with shyness as well as excitement.
