Kali Muscle’s reasons out his fasting rituals

The bodybuilders generally go to any extent to ace a ripped physique. Kali Muscle was also one of them, who trained intensely, followed a strict diet, and was also on ster**ds for muscle building. However, the after-effects of subjecting his body to such grilling conditions were a near disaster. So, now on his fasting rituals, Muscle compares his steroid-built body and fruit-enhanced physique. The beast reduced from 240 lbs to 177 lbs.

Thank God I lived after having a Widow Maker heart attack. The Fitness / Bodybuilding industry doesn’t understand why I’m doing what I’m doing! The reason is that I’m trying to save some lives,” the bodybuilding icon revealed. Muscle notes how he was lucky to escape such a massive heart attack and wants to educate his fans on the adversities of messing up the body in real-time.

Muscle went without food for over 240 hours and believes he is experiencing increased energy levels and positivity. Despite not having a bite of food for several days, Muscle’s workout regime at the gym is still intact. Unlike general bodybuilding practices that require 5-6 meals a day, Muscle’s recent diet routine is enhancing his muscularity, surprising many fitness enthusiasts.

The fasting rituals of Kali Muscle

Muscle’s fasting journey started this year when he went on a 30-day watermelon fast, followed it by a water fast, and now he will head into the New Year with a pineapple fasting routine. Despite blacking out on the 26th day of his watermelon fasting routine, Muscle proceeded with his 32-day fast and then plunged into water fasting.

Now, it is pineapple fast for Muscle, who confirmed, “This is acidic, but goes down alkaline baby.” The 48-year-old was intrigued by the fasting rituals of an old Indian Priest who survived without food and water for 90 days and up for his unique fasting journey.

Kali Muscle is trying to make his fans aware of healthy bodybuilding practices after a near-death experience two years ago. Grateful for his second life, Muscle is making sure not to mess up his body again, but his fasting rituals often concern his fans.
