Hadi Choopan had a pretty rough season last Mr. Olympia. Much like Flex Wheeler in his prime, Choopan had stormed off from the Mr. Olympia 2023 stage when he was chosen as the runner-up and Derek Lunsford received the winning title. Ever since then, Choopan’s determination to go beyond the limiting point really was proved to be possible because of his efforts.

Hadi Choopan declared how his engine would be of “jet speed”

Choopan shared a video where he was in front of a mirror at the gym and showed off his extremely bulky thighs. After that, the bodybuilder was seen making hand signs with a mischievous smile on his face. The whole aura of the video seemed very casual and even fun with Choopan’s expressions. However, in its caption, the bodybuilder announced his temporary break. Choopan wrote, “I’m off.”

However, he followed it up by also revealing how he needed to have rest before he could train and become better than ever. He stated that after the resting period, his training speed and intensity might be on another level. Choopan thus reflected, “Let me rest and the engines will start, it’ll be jet speed, let’s go my love.” His coach, the Pro-creator, Hany Rambod had once shared his bicep routine which proves how intense his workouts really are.

In one of his YouTube videos, Hany Rambod shared Choopan’s bicep routines, focusing on the latter’s machine bicep curls. He also showed the Persian Wolf performing six unilateral reps as well as four bilateral reps for his biceps. The Unilateral bicep curls help in attaining a balanced muscle symmetry under equal tensions. It also helps in building muscle-mind connections. Choopan’s bilateral curls on the other hand help in approaching the brachialis and brachioradialis at the very same time.
