Lee Priest’s secret to gaining massive arms

The YouTube video by Bodybuilding Beast narrated how the bodybuilder got his massive arms. The champion was also known as the Mini Hulk because of his height of 5 ‘4 “. Despite being on the shorter side, the Mass Monster had defeated athletes who stood way taller than him. According to the short video, “His training methods were unique. He always started “with rope press downs to warm up his elbows.”

He also did “skull crushers with very heavy weights.” Priest also did overhead extension variations that would enhance his triceps more. Perhaps this is the reason he was the only bodybuilder to ever beat Ronnie Coleman five times in a single year. He achieved this milestone in the year 1997.
