However, these assisting supplements have not been proven to be beneficial all the time. With over 170k followers on his Instagram, Hunter Jr. has found an apt place to deliver his fitness knowledge and experience. Recently, he talked about certain supplements that are often taken in hopes of improvement.

Supplements that Mark Hunter Jr. discarded

In one of his latest Instagram reels, Hunter Jr. talked about how bodybuilders often take supplements like Tongkat Ali, ashwagandha, and ecdysterone for test boosters. However, the bodybuilder dismissed its benefiting powers for muscle growth. He stated, “You’re not getting any types of additional muscle gain, or muscle growth, literally nothing.”

The bodybuilder pointed out that it only becomes a waste of money because they do not add anything to the bodybuilder’s progress. Thus, in the caption of his post, Hunt Jr. wrote, “Stop wasting your money. Hate to be the bearer of bad news for Natty’s, but I’m saving yall time, energy & money.”

However, instead of taking those test boosters, Mark Hunter Jr has promoted another supplement. Hunt Jr. previously talked about the amazing benefits and changes he had seen in himself through the use of this supplement.

Mark Hunt Jr.’s preferred supplement

In one of his Instagram reels, Hunt Jr. talked about using creatine, which he has been using for 5 years. However, the bodybuilder has been taking steroids alongside this, so he could not pinpoint the exact power of Creatine. He stated whether someone is a natty or not, they should be taking this supplement. He said, “All I know is I started taking creatine and I started to grow therefore I am attributing the majority of my gains if not all to creatine.”
