Frank Zane’s insightful Instagram post

The Gold’s Gym in the 1970s was a hub for elite bodybuilders like Arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, and Frank Zane, who used to train for hours to build a physique that could earn them the prestigious Sandow Trophy. Despite the struggle to follow the strict diet patterns and training regimes, they never backed out from taking up challenges while lifting weights.

Their hard work at the gym fetched them Mr. Olympia titles and a place in the IFBB Hall of Fame. Zane, the Father of Aesthetics, often shares his thoughts on the sport with the bodybuilding community. “If you really want to focus on the muscle you need to isolate it and blast it,” he wrote in his recent post.
