Joseph Baena, son of bodybuilding icon Arnold Schwarzenegger, is carving his path in the fitness world through regular physique updates and his focus on natural bodybuilding. Recently, Baena delighted fans with a unique Instagram update, showcasing his chiseled physique in a montage video.

Drawing inevitable comparisons to his father’s prime physique, Baena’s muscular build garnered admiration. Fans couldn’t help but praise Schwarzenegger’s genetics, acknowledging both father and son’s impressive physique. While Baena’s usually uploads pictures of him posing, this video also showed viewers snippets of his training as well.

In the video, the youngster showed off his body with different poses and exercises. He did bench presses with dumbbells, cable chest presses, standing cable rows, and pulling-downs. “Make it fun,” Baena wrote, urging his fans to have fun while engaging in their workouts.

While discussing Baena’s genetic attributes, the online community ended up comparing the two. Well, it’s not the first time such comparisons have been made. Earlier, Baena appeared in an interview during the Arnold Classic UK, during which a similar instance occurred.

During the chat, the host asked Baena about the resemblance with his dad, and jokingly, Baena said, “Well, it’s always funny to talk about resemblance. He’s my dad, so we’re bound to look somewhat alike.” He further talked about his own journey in fitness and how he’s following in his dad’s footsteps while also carving his own path. Baena even mentioned how they might look even more alike as he gets more muscular.

It’s not just the physicality or handling of difficult questions with ease that Baena has inherited, it’s also the basic calf muscle structure that Arnie used to have. Baena also boasts smaller calves and fully developed chest muscles. After witnessing such impeccable physique and similarities fans went crazy and flooded his comment section.

And after witnessing his latest video, fans were quick to compare the bodybuilder with his father’s workout routine. “Does he follow Arnold’s routine?” asked one curious fan. Another nodded his head agreeing with Baena’s fun approach, “The most important part of any fitness regime; fun!” According to fans, “It’s really noticeable now he is Arnie” With every exercise and post he uploads, it seems quite obvious that Baena is starting to look a lot like his dad.
