Victor Martinez explains how Horace Marcelo gets out of sync only in the last few days

When Martinez was asked about his opinions about some of the participants in the list, the bodybuilder was noted to talk about Horace Marcelo in a different light. He pointed out how much he likes Marcelo’s physique, yet he shows his conflicting opinion as he does not trust the last few days’ changes the bodybuilder might get.

Martinez thus wrote, “It’s just that he looks great, but if something happens the last few days, it’s always the last few days.” The former IFBB Pro bodybuilder then claimed that one cannot judge anyone based on their social media. Instead, they should just wait till the participants leave the stage, as a lot can be changed for the better or worse.

He reflected, “That’s why you can’t predict guys from what they look like on social media, to the point where they’re actually backstage ready to go out. I mean he has great proportions and I mean he’s good to look at you know, good balance he just I hope he’s really dialing it in.”

When asked whether the top two bodybuilding contests have similar judging patterns or not, Martinez instantly dismissed such notions. Instead, he emphasized how Arnold Classic just has several international judges in comparison to Mr. Olympia. Considering how both Arnold’s announcement about the free live stream of this season’s show and the confession about his deal with Joe Weider about Arnold Classic’s prize money to be always less, it is understandable when Martinez said, “It’s a totally different show.”
